By purchasing and downloading crochet patterns from this shop, you agree to the following terms:

1. Digital Products

All items sold are digital crochet patterns in PDF format. No physical items will be shipped.

2. Personal Use Only

Patterns are for personal use only. You may:

  • Make items from the pattern for yourself or as gifts.

  • Sell finished items in small quantities, with credit to the designer (e.g., "Pattern by Little Seal Designs").

You may not:

  • Share, resell, or distribute the pattern (in part or in whole) in any form.

  • Modify the pattern and claim it as your own.

  • Use my photos to promote your own listings.

3. Downloads and Access

Once payment is confirmed, your digital file(s) will be available for download. Please save a copy to your device, as access may be limited over time.

4. Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are only available if the file has not been downloaded. Please read the Refund Policy for full details.

5. Copyright

All patterns, images, and content are protected by copyright and remain the property of Little Seal Designs. Purchasing a pattern does not transfer copyright.
