Refund policy

All crochet patterns sold through this shop are digital PDF files, not physical products. Once a file has been downloaded, it is considered delivered and non-refundable.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are only available if the pattern file has not been downloaded.

  • If you purchased a pattern by mistake or are having trouble accessing the file, please contact me within 30 days of purchase for help.

Due to the nature of digital products, returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available after download. Please ensure you read the product description carefully before purchasing.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
